Welcome to AI Bukkry ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering, accessing, or using our Web Interface, Media Suite, and Developer API (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Unified Wallet & API Credits
AI Bukkry operates on a Unified Token System. All API requests, SEO bulk renders, and media generation tasks deduct "Credits" from your account's central wallet.
- Credit Deductions: Credits are deducted per execution as explicitly outlined in our API Rate Limits & Cost documentation.
- Successful Executions: A credit is permanently deducted anytime our engine successfully processes a request and returns an HTTP Status 200 OK.
- User Responsibility for Inputs: If our server successfully processes your request (e.g., converting an image, running an SEO audit), the credit is consumed even if the data you provided was incorrect, unusable, or unintended. It is your responsibility to ensure payloads and URLs are accurate before initiating a request.
2. Account Security & API Keys
Upon registration, you will be issued a Secret API Key. This key is mathematically bound to your Unified Wallet.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your API key confidential.
- Do not expose your API key in client-side code, public GitHub repositories, or unauthenticated frontend environments.
- You agree that any usage associated with your API key, whether authorized by you or resulting from a leak, will result in non-refundable credit deductions. You may roll (regenerate) your key at any time from the Developer Dashboard if you suspect it has been compromised.
3. Fair Use Policy (Annual Elite Plan)
Our "Annual Elite" subscription provides "Unlimited Runs" to facilitate scale without micro-managing credits. However, this is strictly governed by our Fair Use Policy to protect server integrity.
- "Unlimited" is defined as usage conforming to standard business operations, strictly bound by the designated API Rate Limits (e.g., 120 requests/minute for the Media Engine).
- We reserve the right to throttle, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate Elite accounts that attempt to bypass rate limits, utilize aggressive parallel botnets, or engage in distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) style scraping against our SEO endpoints.
4. Acceptable Use of Services
You agree not to use AI Bukkry Services to:
- Process, generate, or host illegal, explicit, or highly regulated content (including CSAM).
- Crawl or audit third-party websites via our SEO Analyzer / Sitemap Generator in a manner that constitutes a cyberattack or violates the target website's Terms of Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Phantom Engine, API infrastructure, or proprietary UI wrappers.
5. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, AI Bukkry is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, update algorithms, or temporarily restrict API endpoints to maintain global network stability.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AI Bukkry, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (iii) any third-party conduct related to the Services.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
